Hello,

I have a problem when i try to set logFileNameConvert i get
syntax error
DGMGRL> alter resource 'test' set property logFileNameConvert=
'D:/temp/oracle/oradata','E:/oracle/ORADATA/test';
Syntax error.

Another question why when I write e:\oracle\test it is converted in eoracletest ?

Thanks

Well I think you are using 8i. Let me give an example in perspective to oracle 9i.

SQL> alter system set log_file_name_convert=('c:\oracle\oradata\PRC','e:\oracle\oradata\PRCSTDBY') scope=both;

Hope this helps you,
