I have a practical problem here.

I have a datafiles, control files, and init.ora file,
and redolog files.

Can i up Database?, If yes Please tell me How.

Since I am a new DBA, Please I need Help from Oracle Community.

Yes it is possible.
Please create Database Using Oradim and Map it.
