How to setup the listener and tnsnames.ora file to get the logical link between the two database servers.
Please help me with sutible eg.

The configuration is just like client server configuraion,and to gain access to the other database while you are logged in to one datbase ,you need to create proper db links and grant permissions on the objects , you need to access.
