Post the 10 last lines of "select sequence#, archived, resetlogs_time, first_time, next_time from v$archived_log;".
Post the result of "select group#, sequence#, archived, status from v$log order by group#;"
Post the result of "select group#, status, member from v$log order by group#, member;"

Before configure your nls_date_format to display the time part of dates.

Your query results are incompatible with the alert log extract. They cannot be from the same database at about the same time. Please can you confirm where they came from? And display the date as well as the time in your queries.

Please enclose your copy/pastes in tags, as described here How to use [code] tags and make your code easier to read

Post the query against v$archived_log with sequence# between 76861 and 76881 and order by sequence#.
Are you in RAC?
Also I mistype the last query, I meant v$logfile not v$log (and it is really "member" and not "members").

When I said to post dates with time, I meant to post dates with date and time, not just time (and not just date which is the default).

Why did you remove the sequence number from your first query? I can't do anything with what you posted.
Why did you remove the archive column from the second query?
Also read How to use [code] tags and make your code easier to read to format your output.
