which background process use by Oracle server for materialized view ?

I assume you mean to refresh the view, it depends.
If you do it calling dbms_snapshot, dbms_refresh... package, it is your server process (the one attached to your session).
If it is a job, it one of Jxxx processes you can see on your server.

Actually, oracle creates a set of background processes for each instance and Job Queue Processes are used to refresh the materialized views.
